Membership is open to all persons actively enganged in the investigation, adjustment, and processing of insurance claims. Persons who have retired from the claims handling profession are also eligible for membership. Membership dues are $20.00 for 12 months of membership payable upon submitting the Membership Application.
Note: Membership is terminated if the member leaves the claims profession (except retirees), or fails to perform his or her UCCA and claims handling dealings honestly and integrety, not limited to failure to abide by the Utah Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act.
